i dont see the bounce feature listed under what to do either.
the closest you could get would be to have it deleted.
you might be able to make an applescript to bounce a message, and have
the rule run the applescript...

It can be done, (at least with procmail) but the problem comes from
ending up setting off a infinite mail loop because the address you are
returning to does not exist. So the receiving mail server doesn't find
the address and returns it to your mail server which rejects it again.
On sending back the original and the bounce it in effect doubling every
time it's sent back. Which in short order fills up the mail spool on
your server causing a dramatic slowdown until nobody can send or
receive. If you look at my procmail recipe below the first part rejects
the message and returns it with my comment. The second part finally
sends it off to /dev/null if it comes back. As you can see I don't
accept any mail from hotmail (owned by MSN) because of all the
excessive spam coming directly from their servers. My personal procmail
filter prints out to over six pages currently and I make minor
adjustments at least once a week to update all the latest spamming
holes. With procmail and junkmail running on my laptop view spams get
through, but I still have to search through the spambox for the
inevitable message that get misdiagnosed. Best solution is to keep
multiple addresses. One for family and friends, (don't use it on your
web page or newsgroups). And more as the need arises. I use Mailblocks,
Yahoo, and (Eskimo and SDF (for procmail filtering and forwarding)).
