No, you are not. Bouncing a message does not bother a spammer. They don't even notice it is happening. The headache you are causing is for the mail admin of your email server, and the admin of the receiving server (if such even exists). Trust me... bouncing spam does nothing except make a bad thing worse. DO NOT BOUNCE SPAM. The exception to the rule is if you can bounce it at the server level. Anything done on a mail client is too late.
