I have an iMac 333 running mac os 10.1.5 and with 160MB RAM. I recently bought a powered USB Hub and it works great but recently I have found that my computer won't startup with it connected. I know that with an iMac you have to have a keyboard connected to make it startup and that keyboard can't be connected to a USB Hub. But my keyboard is plugged into USB port 1 with the Hub in USB Port 2. If I disconnect the hub and press the power button it starts up fine and I can connect it just after I have pressed the button and everything works as expected. I have obviously tried pressing the power button on the computer. It is not awful to do it is just an inconvenience. Any help is appreciated? Thank you.
