Any help? Thanks in advance, Lou Lou, I've got the same problem with my iMac Blueberry, except that I have a CD stuck in the slot and I can't get it out without tearing my puter apart. I've tried all the recommended quick fixes, but alas, no success. I will be tearing this baby apart next week to get at that CD. I'm familiar with the chemical that is used to clean pinch rollers in tape drives; I use to use it on my old Teac reel-to-reel frequently. I can't get to my bottle of it just yet - have to dig it out, and can't remember the name, but I know it contained some kinda Tetra-------ene or something. It works great on rollers and anything rubber, even though you may have to re-apply a few times for really heavy material build-up. When I start the break-down of my puter and can dig out the stuff, I'll post to the list. One thing you don't want to use on the rollers (or anything rubber, for that matter) is alcohol or any substance containing alcohol - it dries out and hardens the rubber pretty quick.
