emailed the Admin of the site asking if it will delete the Service Required

**** Checked out this utility IPR_A10 from this website. The RX700 is listed as 
supported. When I ran it, I get this message: "A supported model could not be 
found connected to this computer. Please check the the Epson website to ensure 
that your product is supported. [It is.] Make sure that your product is 
correctly connected and powered on. [It is because I can scan.]" So that 
utility is out!
