I really like my HP Photosmart 6510; I can even scan to my Macs over the wifi connection. I’ve had it for a couple of years now with no issues at all. I think their current iteration of the model is this one <http://store.hp.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/us/en/pdp/printers/hp-photosmart-6520-e-all-in-one-printer> I got mine at Costco on sale for $119 iirc; it uses separate color cartridges and Costco refills those cheaply as well. $10 per refill. It does AirPrint well, automatic double-sided on 8.5x11 paper.
