Dear all, Is it mandatory to use Fiji (instead the vanilla version of ImageJ) when using a plugin implementing the snakeyaml library (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.yaml/snakeyaml) like thunderSTORM (https://zitmen.github.io/thunderstorm/)?
