Gruss Gott Herbie, You can indeed "correctly" install the plugin with the plain ImageJ, at least as long as you don't try to perform 3D reconstructions. In this case you will already start to have issues when performing the Plugins>ThunderSTORM>3D_calibration>Cylindrical_lens_calibration which will try to save the calibration using the org>yaml>snakeyaml library found within the plugin jar. And you will again have issues when later on trying to read this calibration file in order to make a 3D reconstruction which will again use the org>yaml>snakeyaml library. I guess (= hope) that I need probably to import an additional library within my plain ImageJ plugins>jar folder which would able the correct use of the snakeyaml library. And this hypothesis is the aim of my question, but maybe I'm wrong. Have a nice day, Philippe

However, I didn't test its function. Regarding "snakeyaml" I'm not sure if it is really an ImageJ-plugin.
