Yes, fps is the inverse of the frame interval.
The fps means "Frame rate in frames per second" according to the Calibration 
class.

I think it is better to maintain consistency of variables between FileInfo and 
Calibration class.
Furthermore, in camera usage, we set a parameter of fps or exposure time (not 
frame interval).
It's convenient to have a variable of fps in FileInfo class in order to input 
the frame rate directly.
