   Analogous to the pixel spacing / pixel size duality, the frame rate and the 
detector integration (exposure) time should be treated as two separate 
parameters in any video imaging system model.

Yes, fps is the inverse of the frame interval.
The fps means "Frame rate in frames per second" according to the Calibration 
class.

I think it is better to maintain consistency of variables between FileInfo and 
Calibration class.
Furthermore, in camera usage, we set a parameter of fps or exposure time (not 
frame interval).
It's convenient to have a variable of fps in FileInfo class in order to input 
the frame rate directly.
