If you configure IMail to bind to port 80, then IMail bind to ALL
IPs on the server, port 80. You have to run IIS on another port or
(recommended) IMail on port 8383 or similar.

IMail does not support any function to bind the services to a
specific IP address.

In my opinion, there is no problem running a service on a different
port than 80...
