Thank you for your reply. Some of our users have had problems logging on to
our system. Most users who are having problems are clients of one particular
ISP or users from behind firewalls. We might be all wrong, but our guess is
that the problem has been port 8383. We just tried changing to port 81 and
it seems to have helped a lot. If it would be easy to do, we would like to
use port 80 just to eliminate the possibility of problems with non-standard
port numbers.
