This agrees with my experience, and on a totally different Web
Messaging system, email.com, as well as with Imail web
messaging. Ipswitch erroneously sent tons of Imail list msgs to my
email.com box without me checking it for a long time. 2500 mgs!! It
was horribly slow to deal with, but didn't crash at email.com. I
eventually had to delete the whole lot, 50 at a time. email.com
people couldn't help.

I advise all my clients to use web messaging only as a
backup/expedient when they away from the their POP3 program.
