Ken: How you I disable search?
Ron: How can I tell what version templates? I will set up a test site
soon...
We did not set this up, we acquired a company that had this all set up. Is
there an admin interface to set up templates or something? All I know is
the imail admin interface...

I've had performance problems when accounts with large mailboxes perform a
search. It will often cause my two-processor server to hit a steady 50%
processor usage for several minutes. I've disabled searches, and now do not
have that problem. Since I've disabled searches I've also not had the
process stop like it used to every so often.
