No, our users take it too seriously. And since they do, we HAVE to. I
personally use it just a couple times a year when I am on vacation or at
ISPCon to check my email.
Web messaging is now a service users expect, and as such, we have to provide
it and provide it reliably. We have been using it on our server for about 4
years now (since Imail v3). For the most part, it has been reliable.
