I've noticed that after logging in, it takes a significant amount of time
for browsers to build/display the frames. Once this has happened, it's
pretty quick to read messages, etc. Is this normal?? Why is this -- is it
browser related or the server CGI?
Have a NT box with quad xenon processor
256MB RAM
50GB RAID 5 for data
27GB second RAID for os
Running Active State Perl 5.6 with Active State Perl Ex top enhance perl
for web applications
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
