Now heres a problem i have never seen and not to sure how to fix.
My users can get to there webmail mail.theredomain.com:8383 but can't
login. Says there login is wrong. But if they go to 127.0.0.1:8383 there ip
address they can log right in. Now there POP3 also works with no problem
only when using there domain they get a error. But here is the crazy part
and making it hard for me to trouble shot is that we can login but they
can't. We can login with domain or IP or pop3 with no problems.
Any help on this would be great i have all patches from IPswitch and us
humankindsystems.com KWM 1.52 for web mail HKSI KillerWebMail Templates
v1.52. So every thing is up to date.
Thanks for any help would be great.
P.S I have restarted about 5 times so i know i don't need to restart now. :)
