Ron,
The domain in question was:
http://mail.ramadainnlakejacksontx.com/
If you go there, you'll notice that you can see the logo and the login
boxes, 'Bookmark this login' page, etc. What was happening on this
particular persons computer, was that the whole screen was just black. No
text boxes to login to (although you could still see the cursor blinking on
and off), no logo image (not even a blank box with an x--you couldn't even
tell that an image was suppose to go there).
This customer was having this problem on his laptop. He actually brought it
into our shop and showed us. We have other systems inhouse that are running
IE 5.0, but they work fine with that page.

I wasn't the one that set these templates up so I'm not sure what you're
talking about there. I'll ask the dev guy about it when he returns from
lunch in a bit.

Are they logging in with just their username, or [EMAIL PROTECTED]? Do you
have "mail.theredomain.com" as either the official host name, or a host
alias, of that domain?
