I thought I was on IE 5.5, but double checked and...oops..5.01
That's what comes from having multiple computers.
I upgraded and it looks great.

Looking back at our 1.52 announcement message, I see we made the
mistake of
saying the colored scrollbars worked in IE5, too. Sorry about that
oversight.
