I have no problems dealing with AltiGen directly. Although my dealer is very
competent so I prefer to deal through him.
What I REALLY wish they would do though, is start using their NewGroups
(News.AltiGen.com).

We've been running AltiGen since 1997. I only wish I could deal direct with
Altigen or some other competent dealer. If your dealer is an idiot they
don't leave you many other options. Plus we're kind of DIY guys and like
put things together ourselves which a lot of dealers don't like.
