BTW, my system:
Main Office:
72 T1 Channels (3 Voice T1s)
4 Analog Channels (4 POTS Lines)
8 IP Channels
62 Ports
Retail Store (Your #1 Big Screen Source!) ;)
48 T1 Channels (2 Voice T1s) (Can we say "infomercial"?)
4 Analog Channels (4 POTS Lines)
8 IP Channels
36 Ports
A big plus to two systems: we can call & fax between the offices for free,
using the IP cards. My users get such a kick out of that.

That's what I paid too. I considered doing this too, in the end I'm glad I
didn't.
When you're spending $80k on a phone system, is saving a couple grand by
installing yourself really worth it? For an office, maybe. But for us, a
telemarketing center, it wasn't. Our rep knows this system inside and out.
I'm sure there are a dozen little 'tweaks' he knew about just from
experience, that I might have spent half a day trying to figure out.

Our local AltiGen rep is willing to sell us the hardware and software, and
let us do the install and training ourselves (saving over $1,100). Think we
can handle it? Prices on hardware are $2,800 for the PCI cards, $1800 for
the server software, and $695 for the client software (unlimited
installations).
