Single IP no problem at all .... we run an active website and IMail on our NT4 IIS server without any worries.  Our IMail even interacts with SQL Mail on another linked server that requires a lot of outgoing email.  Our corporate email and multiple outgoing emails for every user of our profile system.

I'm new to this BUT I am running both on the same machine and so far everything seems OK.
