Simple fix, just a stray hyphen at the top of the useradmin.html file. It
will be removed in the next hotfix.

IMail 6 had a bug where the user count was not accurately displayed,
especially if an external db was in use. Apparently IMail 7 has inherited
that bug. The counts are working correctly on our system, and we're using
the only tags provided by IMail for displaying the counts.

We'll look into this, but I believe it's going to be a fix Ipswitch will
need to make, since we're using the same forms and tags as in the stock
templates.
