I just recently purchased the Web Templates and installed them on my
server. The config is:
Was Imail 6.06
Upgraded to Imail 7.02 with hotfixes
Installed Web templates for version 7.0 with hotfixes.
Windows 2000 Server with SP2
Compaq Proliant DL360
640 meg RAM
Dual PIII 833 Processors
Compaq Smart 4DH Array Controller
Mirrored System Volumes
RAID 5+1 Data volume
This server has been in production for more than six months running Imail
6.0x without any problems.
Now with Imail 7.02 and the v7.0 web templates, the Web Mail Service
crashes every few hours. Sometimes I also have Internet Explorer crash on
my Windows ME client when trying to access my site. Any suggestions and
has this error been reported before?
