Steve,
There have been numerous reports of IMail 7's web messaging service
crashing over on the Ipswitch IMail Forum list, by users of both KWM and
stock Ipswitch templates. To my knowledge, nobody knows exactly what is
going on yet, but a 7.03 hotfix for IMail is definitely in the works at
Ipswitch.
