I see what you mean, I have default limits set at the host instead of
per user. Is there a way for KWM to use the host settings unless the
user settings are specified?

For me I have no quota on my account so it shows the total. For my
friend's account I have a quota and it shows the amount of quota used.
Is your account maybe not set to have a quota?

I'm feeling brave and decided to start testing 7.03. I installed KWM and
fixes 1-5 over it and it only shows the total MB size instead of
graphic. config_MailBoxSizeDisplay.cgi is set to 1. am I missing
something? Why would it be ignoring it?
