Tried removing the user limit of 20mb and using limit at host of 20mb,
it is still receiving mail at 28mb. Guess that feature was a good idea
anyway. I'm going to send a message to Ipswitch about it to see what
they have to say. I'll let you know how they respond.

Don't know, haven't tested it that far. Please let us know if you do
test the *actual* limit capability, since if it's broken there too,
Ipswitch will probably fix it faster.
