We have AnswerTrack Lite installed and have the one client configured,
one agent configured and 3 mailboxes configured.
Current Version 2.0.5.0 on all but Database which is 2.0.0
1.) We cannot update and save the System Admin Email setting. It appears
to save and update, but upon closing the console and reopening it,
the
setting defaults back to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
2.) I have sent 2 emails to the program aliases we have setup for the
mailboxes
and have seen no response from AT. In the monitor window it says 1
Issue Processed today, but this is the first initial tests and we
have seen no
email responses.
If you need further information please let me know as this is the first time
since
the original beta that we have used AT.
