Software Windows 2000 SP3 Imail 7.05 HF2 KWM 2.0.9 Configuration We use Imail database and Imail webserver to serve Images We have done Minimum customization of KWM Keep alives turned off force ssl on thread pooling on value 128 We also experience this webmsg hang once or twice a day and have to restart the service. The Monitor function does not seem to catch the problem as the service still exists or seems active.
