We would be OK just removing all of the names from the users.txt file
then wouldn't we?  I did have the list command turned off, so you are
right - it wouldn't matter.  Hadn't thought about that.

That's an iwebmsg "bug", but it doesn't affect much.

Both don't need to be in sync. The users.txt file is ONLY used to
respond to an emailed "List" command and spew out your list of
subscribers... something which NO list owner should be allowed to
enable.
