I really doubt this has anything to do with my templates but hopefully someone will have some feedback. I have latest imail/templates and have just got one of my most disturbing complaints yet. A couple of my users experienced for the first time this week where they were in an email conversation back and forth and someone else's conversation got put into theirs.
Here is what I mean users x and y are imail users having conversation User z is another imail user having conversation with external user ??? It is confirmed this happened 2 different times involving different people on different days, server is restarted daily. This is a huge confidentiality problem. Anyone seen it? Think its part of web messaging or even deeper problem? This could be the deal breaker between me and Ipswitch, I have already had 2 support calls go to the eternal "handed off to development to look at" black hole and have accepted my best chance is with the help of the user community before I turn to them to be forgotten again.
