Careful Ron, Out of a whole year of trying to get any help from Ipswitch
they haven't provided any useful information. Over my lunch break you
got an answer..... Your going to end up being peoples source for help. I
have been hesitating to send in my support renewal for imail because it
has been useless to date (and told some vp of sales and marketing that,
he seemed concerned but havent heard anything), should I address my
payment to you instead???

Guess I'll get in the hamster wheel of Ipswitch support and see if they
know that they need my log files.

Thanks Ron, and hurry up on the asp webmail solution, it might be the
life preserver for the sinking Imail client base.

Jamie

That was quick: the word is, they've had it reported, and are trying to
reproduce it. Happens mostly on faster boxes with heavy loads. Sending
detailed logs snippets of the actual event to their TS is recommended.
Does not appear to be related to custom templates.
