Yes, I had that happen some months ago, affecting
deleting, replying, and forwarding. It seemed specific to the affected
users' computers. One fellow brought his laptop in, which he said was a
"new" machine, but turned out to be something he bought on eBay running Win98
without even the Y2K fixes. Sure enough, he couldn't delete or forward
anything in WebMail. I thought it was a browser issue, he didn't have all
the updates for the IE he was running. But his account worked
perfectly on any computer at our office, with IE4, IE5.5, or IE6. I
couldn't offer him any fix, other than to get ALL the available updates for his
Win98 and IE.
I was running Classic WebMail with IMail 6.06, but
hadn't updated the templates in more than year. I got the latest
template updates, and that fixed the problem. Make sure you really are
running the latest set.
