Ahh, I just found out about another program that was recently installed that could be the culprit...McAfee Viruscan.  I need to do some testing, but that might be what is slowing things down.  Anyone else running McAfee Viruscan on your IMAIL server?  Any problems with speed?

Darin,
We run almost the same setup as you..  We're running close to 25 domains, but not near your number of users.  I use the User Admin feature a lot and have never experienced the problems that you are encountering.  Are you sure that you don't have a runaway process running on that server??

Good luck!!

Jeff

Has anyone had any problems related to speed using the "User Administration" feature from within KillerWebmail?  When we try to utilize the User Administration feature of KillerWebmail, it is very slow to the point of timing out getting to the accounts.  Then, to save changes, it takes just as long...which I wouldn't think should be the case.

I'm running IMAIL 7.06 HF2 and KWM 2.0.9.  The server is a monster, we're not even coming close to topping off it's resources available.  It's on a DS-3 connection.  Even when I try to sit at the console and log-in using the KVM templates and access the "User Administration," it's very slow.  So, I'm fairly certain that it's not network related, and it doesn't appear to be hardware related given what the performance monitors say.

The IMAIL interface itself is running a bit slower...I'm wondering if it's a new probably that has cropped up after running Hotfix 2.  We didn't seem to have this problem pre-hf2.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

Darin
p.s.  BTW, the domain I'm trying to admin has about 750 accounts.
