That
slowness is coming from the iwebmsg service, not the templates... you'll see it
happen with stock templates too, unfortunately. I know Ipswitch is aware of the
problem.
You're
probably using an external database for users? If so, turn on ODBC tracing in
the Data Sources control panel, and examine the log file generated when hitting
that page for clues. Also watch both the IMail server's and the SQL Server's CPU
and RAM when hitting that page for clues. And of course submit the problem to http://askatech.ipswitch.com/.
