>I keep on getting the following error on some domains:
>Delivery failed 20 attempts: (the recipient email address)

On sending mail to those domains (that's what I am assuming), or sending
mail from those domains on others servers to your mailserver?

That error means that IMail tried 20 times to deliver the E-mail, but it
couldn't.

>Also on some of email I get the following:
>Unknown user: (the recipient email address)

This one means that the remote mailserver wouldn't accept the message, for
a variety of possible reasons.

In either case, you can check your IMail SMTP log file to see what happened.

>and we know the emails are valid (in both cases) and they exist (for
>example if I send the same email from yahoo they get it)

>It has to be something with IMAIL, we are running IMAIL 6.06 with KWM

There is a very good chance it isn't IMail. <G>

The "20 attempts" is probably a DNS issue (either on your end or theirs);
the "Unknown user" could be that you were blacklisted from the server, for
example. In any case, your logs should say what happened.
