>DNS servers are configured properly
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=207.182.104.170 shows that there is a problem with the reverse DNS entries for your domain. Your DNS also shows that the E-mail address of the person responsible for your DNS is "admin@". That isn't a valid E-mail address. Your mailserver refuses to accept bounce messages and Delivery Status Notifications, which is not RFC compliant -- make sure to UNcheck the bogus "Refuse NULL <> senders" option in IMail. So there are some issues on your end, but it isn't likely they would prevent much of your mail from being sent. >I can't telnet to domains because there is a fire wall Can you telnet to port 25 (SMTP) on those servers? If not, your firewall needs to allow SMTP access. There is no need to telnet to the telnet port on those servers (which likely wouldn't respond anyways), but if you can't telnet to port 25 on those servers, there is a problem. >What is RBLs? RBL is a trademark of MAPS, but the term is sometimes used instead of the "DNSBL" term (not trademarked) that refers to any DNS-based spam databases. Your mailserver is listed in the OSRELAY spam database. But, I'm guessing your logs should provide the most information here. -Scott --- Declude: Anti-virus, Anti-spam and Anti-hijacking solutions for IMail. http://www.declude.com --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] ______________________________________________________________________ The HKSI-IMail Admin List is hosted by........
