RBL = Realtime Black list. Can you telnet to the said domain from the mail server "telnet domain.com 25"? By using port 25 SMTP you won't have firewall issues.

DNS servers are configured properly, I can't telnet to domains because there is a fire wall, What is RBLs?

Check your DNS and make sure you have a reverse lookup configured properly. Also see if you can telnet to the domain in question. Also check to make sure you haven't been put on any RBLs.

Hi Everybody
 
I keep on getting the following error on some domains:
Delivery failed 20 attempts: (the recipient email address)
 
Also on some of email I get the following:
Unknown user: (the recipient email address)

and we know the emails are valid (in both cases) and they exist (for example if I send the same email from yahoo they get it)

It has to be something with IMAIL, we are running IMAIL 6.06 with KWM
 
I would appreciate any help or input.
