One problem that we have experienced with the external Access database
is that if you reset all users' reply-to address in IMail Admin it
resets all their passwords to some crazy value. Is this a bug / feature?
Make sure you've got a copy of the database before trying this! If it is
a bug, is it fixed in versions later than 5.03?
