I had to stop the Web Messaging Service as well.....it's located under the
Web Messaging Manager in the IMail program group.

Great, yes that worked, well, the data base can now take new
users from iadmin without crashing iadmin and I can manually
put them in with Access in the table view.
One last problem though, it is still locked for exclusive
use when I go to actually edit the table (in Access) to add new field?
I have all the imail services stopped so what could be
locking it, any ideas anybody???
