Sorry for the OT message, but I thought if there was a group who knew
about fax broadcasting, this would be it.

I need a robust solution, able to handle thousands of faxes. Same
content (full page jpeg or bmp or whatever), to multiple fax numbers.
WinNT or 98 would be my platform of choice, but will consider MacOS.
