So how we going to do this master list? 

It's obvious we all want now we just need to figure
it out.  maybe an CGI somewhere that catalogs the
new rules as they are submitted daily? We'd have to
take into consideration repeat submissions too I'm
sure.

Wouldn't want this to fall on just one guy and
everyone else just suck the rules down but not help
maintain it..

Anyway, I think its a good idea we just need to work it
out.  I bet our friends at ipswitch would help us.
