There are also DNS MX entries needed for each spelling pointing to the
official host name along with the aliases in the domain setup up!!
DNS Settings:
mybiz.com IN MX mail.mybiz.com
mail IN A xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
my-biz.com IN MX mail.mybiz.com
IMail Settings:
Official Host Name mail.mybiz.com
Alias mybiz.com my-biz.com
