You could use a mailall included with Imail.

Usage: mailall -h <hostname | ALL>
               -f <sender>
               -d file://Delete message file when complete
               [-s <Subject>]
               <FullPathToMessageFile>

Example:
mailall -h mail.domain.com -f [EMAIL PROTECTED] -d -s News
c:\newfile\news.txt
