Just a thought, but what did the Queue look like when this
was happening. I saw something similar to this one day when
a old message was stuck in the queue.

I also have seen similar results when a user left off the .net
on their e-mail address and a delivery failure was attempting
to be returned.

not stopped ringing. We are running imail 5.06, we did not have this problem
with 5.05. I came into the office today , to see the Imail machine with 11
instances of smtp32.exe when using task manager and trying to end the
process, it would not let me. Eventually it spawned more of these instances
and locked up the box. This after rebooting, it happened again, I rebooted
and on the third time.. the processes seem to have gone away. What causes
this? How can I prevent it from happening again. My customers are not happy,
not happy at all.
