Perhaps they have multiple POP boxes forwarded to a single account?

I just created a listserv for my customers to subscribe to.  From the DOS prompt I used the mailall.exe to mail all my customers to tell them about the listserv.  Some of them received this 5 or more times.  Does anyone have any ideas of why and how I can fix this?
