[IMail Forum] Templates for users to sign up for email accounts

Hello,

I have been off the list for some time and know these subjects were covered
before. Can someone point me in the right direction to accomplish the
following.

We want to create a free email service for a division of our clients. We
would like to do this via an Access database. We would like the visitor to
go to a web page, fill in the pertinent information and have the account
added to the database.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
