Step 1 is to connect Access with a ODBC driver.
Step 2 is to get a fixed Imail ODBC dll installed (this would be more reliable)
Step 3 is to create the web page with empty boxes for the information
Step 4 insert the information to the Access database

The exact procedures for 3 and 4 could be found in imail knowledgebase (I 
think), if not someone from the list pls point us to the right url.
