Last time I talked to Imail tech I was told that the T files that
hang around that long are orphaned anyway and will never become Q
files. But then what do I know.
Why don't you try calling Imail, if you have a maintenance agreement.

No, the clients are not using Eudora, nor are they checking too frequently
for messages. Again, the T files are supposed to be come Q files, and they
just aren't. I think the system is trying to put these messages into the
user mailboxes but something is preventing the complete processing of these
"stuck" messages.
