[IMail Forum] Downloading sent items to outlook

Imail 8.22   If someone has used Webmail but then start using Outlook, is there a way to get the messages in "Sent items" in Webmail into Outllook? I tried to manually move them in webmail from Sent folder to the Inbox but they will still not download to Outlook.   Also is there a way to get the address book from webmail into Outlook?
